Hi, Welcome to my posture guide. I will be sharing a few visuals and exercise videos where you can start your journey on a better posture. Let's start with the benefits:
1. Improved breathing: Good posture helps to keep the lungs and diaphragm in their optimal positions, allowing for easier and fuller inhalation and exhalation of air.
2. Reduced stress on joints: When in good posture, the joints are more properly aligned and placed in their ideal positions, reducing stress and pressure on them.
3. Improved balance: Good posture helps to keep the body’s center of gravity in the proper position, which helps to reduce the risk of falls or injury.
4. Increased energy levels: Good posture helps to keep the spine in its ideal position, allowing for improved circulation and distribution of oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.
5. Reduced back pain: Good posture helps to keep the spine in its healthy, natural “S” shape, reducing strain and pressure on the back muscles and nerves.
6. Improved mental focus: Good posture helps to open up the chest and encourages proper breathing, allowing for improved concentration and focus.
7. Improved body image: Good posture helps to keep the body looking its best and can help to boost confidence and self-esteem.
Envision your improved posture.
To enhance your pectoral development, essentially imagine that a string is drawing upward from the center of your chest.
Pretend you are employed by the circus and you must hang from a handle, firmly held between your teeth, suspended in mid-air. Observe as your neck muscles, trapezius, deltoids, and those further down, extend as you ascend into the sky and people admire your performance.

Maximizing Posture with Exercise
I am aware that attaining good posture can be challenging, but a brief exercise of holding the posture for a duration of time can make a tremendous difference to one's self-confidence and self-esteem. Here is a video to start your journey:
