As you can tell we all come from a cheat life style, or the see food diet. We are always wanting to get away from detrimental habits, which in America, can be overeating at the point in time when i write this.

So as you see yourself later down the line where you get fitness success, but you happen to find yourself in this limbo where "i use to be fit" but now im just maintaining or my favorite one, i dont have time, we come to fork road. The Fork Road is to experiment, and allow yourself to fail in the sake of body sience. And for the most part, you always want to carve out the best, if not what ever work out you can.

So starting off, i look at it as dieting the most i can out of a 7 day period, and continually perfecting that with the same food.

Where i find myself in trouble is when goals starts to lose motivation and the diet keeps short circuting. So one of the things ive wrestled, is, where is my cheat day. And to you i say find the work outs you like, dont hold on to old things that you use to work. become a minimalist and thorw out the things that arent working, for example jumping ropes, or sit up machines that worked in the beginning. Burn the boats and remove all distractions so that you know what to do, and the same is with equipemt at the gym, and food. Find the foods that you enjoy.

In the insulin spike is covered, normal dietin requires you to restict some food all of the time is less optimal than reducing all foods some of the time, meaning your fasting period. In the nex chapter ill tell you how to break your fast, and get some goodies in.

After cheating, a good old fasted cardio combine with intermittent fasting helps stave off that “bloated like crap” feeling. Youre somewhat doing your best, but don’t let it keep sliding or else youll pay for it come show day in front of all those people and pros. (Ouch) The reason I'm bringing up Fasting is that believe it or not; it was the first real way I became lean and aesthetic. It was set aside because bodybuilding said to eat 6 meals a day does it. Trough out my fitness pilgrimage I realized 6 meals was for the purpose of insulin manipulation, not metabolism which is a difused meaning. I personally felt bloated with those six meals, but the key was to do it, and slowly taper off the amounts by ¼ of the portion. Eating 5-6 meals started working its charm. And if it doesn’t do you any justice please taper off some of your calories until the amount settles (you may need to go up to 9 meals).

So i want you to pick out a favorite "Cheat Food", go ahead and right it down, and for 1 week, you will either make another choice when you are about to eat it, or calm your hunger for it, by eating something that is on your nutrition plan, regardless if you go over your calorie intake. The point here is to start making conscious choices. After the week, you'll see two benefits, one if you can fit in your macros, go ahead and have it. The other benefit is that you are building new neuro pathways of discipline and self control. You will realize you don't need it and that its been programmed in your mind. You have all the control.

Please comment below as to what your favorite cheat food/meal is and share tips with each other.

Let that be the focus. I Challenge you to leave a something in your plat

Challenge: Leave food on your plates sometimes. We are conditioned to eat everything on our table because there is children starving in Africa, but that is none of our immediate business. But then you also have such a waste in food, again pushing us to lose gratification for the food on our table. So i was the children are starving elsewhere, i spent good money since eating healthy is not as cost efficient as eating unhealthy yet, you will tend to not waste. Im here to tell you that leaving some food on the table is ok. Eat slowly, purposefully leave some food on the plate sometimes. Try it, it will be an instant game changer
